Tri nivoa potrebnog znanja
Zahtevi su definisani kroz "Opšte kompetencije" i "Odgovornosti i kompetencije". Za svaku oblast silabusa specificiran je potreban nivo znanja, opisan na sledeći način:
- Nivo 1: Veoma dobro znanje, sposobnost rešavanja specijalnih zadataka.
- Nivo 2: Dobro znanje, sposobnost rešavanja normalnih zadataka.
- Nivo 3: Razumevanje, sposobnost učešća u donošenju ispravnih odluka.
